Michael Jon MacDonald, founder and president of Michael MacDonald Financial Management, Inc., has been an independent financial advisor since 1984. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), he has met the educational, competence, conduct and ethical standards to carry out a fiduciary standard of care and serve the best interests of his clients. In addition, he has met the educational, competence and ethical standards to receive the certification of Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA@). He is a Life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) the A graduate of St. Mary’s College of California, his practice is focused on advising Pre-Retires, Registered Nurses, and Retirement planning, as well as those in transition due to the loss of a loved one, and Social Security planning.
A father of four daughters with five grandchildren, Michael has been married to his wife, Carol, for over four decades. An Elder at Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, Cal, Mike has taught a weekly class in personal financial management at the Bay Area Rescue Mission since 2010 and currently is a Board Member at the BayArea Rescue Mission.
